One thing I would say about TIS is when I first walked in to TIS I had a full tour of each of the treatment rooms, the hallway, the reception area , it was so absolutely spotlessly clean with a new client treatment tables and other fixtures I was impressed.The next time I went in after some time, I noticed how they had continued to pay close attention to the details of how clean the spa was. I made an appointment and got the times wrong. I was charged $35 late fee on top of the $75 I paid to get the massage. Wasn’t able to reschedule I’m due time yet I was charged still for my massage plus additional. The lady seemed nice but the ambience of the place was not fitting. Will not be going back and will not recommend her either. Very disappointed.
