I've had my hair cut here for quite a few years. The staff is wonderful. They are all students, otherwise the price would be a LOT higher. I can see the quality of their schooling. The staff enjoys the teaching, so that shows the quality. My hair is always cut the way I wanted. I like getting my hair cut here. It's close to home.
I ruined my nails due to a bad ULTA recommendation. I went to Phagans knowing full well it is students, but I just wanted something easy to help me stop biting my nails. I've had bad hair experiences but went in positive. Bela did an AMAZING job! She chose the dark blue and which accent nails. She was very friendly and made sure I liked the nails at each step.
I like going here. I get manicures and pedicures and they have always done an excellent job. All the staff I have meet are friendly and helpful. I usually ask for a senior. I have had maybe 6 or 7 students and they have always done well. A big plus is the price is usually half of what I pay in a salon.
