I can't say enough great things about this gentleman Tom and his company.... I called his company and spoke to Nancy who also was very kind and caring, she told me he was out and about but would call me shortly, within 30 minutes Tom returned my call, and was out to take care of my Well Pump issues within a couple of hours, Trustworthy, Professional, Extremely knowledgeable, Dependable, Caring about my circumstance, I recently lost my husband suddenly and was beside myself....I knew little to nothing about my Well...he educated me about my Well ....how it works, depth, etc.. a very kind and patient man with a great sense of humor.. If I could give 10 stars I would. We've had several issues with our water pump this year and they have always come out right away, correctly diagnosed the problem, had our problem resolved by the end of their visit, and (dare I say it) don't charge enough for what they do! I wouldn't be surprised if other companies charged an arm and a leg for "emergency" services, and Tom has always been there when we need him. It doesn't get better than all this! Thanks to Nancy in the office and Andrew who comes out with Tom. You are all a rare breed these days!

Excellent customer service , Tom called us back when he said he would, unlike some other companies we called, he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it ! His wife was very nice to help us too.THANKS GREG @ LOUISEWe give them 6 ??????
