It's hard to impress me as I am a very detail oriented and critical person. I have to say that today...I was impressed. Mitchell's W and D came out to remove and replace a piece of glass on a 20 year old window. From start to finish, the company hit all the marks. They were quick to respond to my request by sending a technician out to measure the glass, get me a quote and initiate the order. After a sooner than anticipated turn around they scheduled the install date. And here's the thing that impressed me the most...they told me when they would be arriving and you know what-they arrived exactly when they said they would. I just had this company replace my leaky French doors with a sliding door that features internal blinds. These guys showed up 15 minutes earlier than promised. Kept everything clean, cleaned when they were done and really did all the little things to give a professional and FINISHED look. I highly recommend this outfit for your window and door requirements!! Excellent skills and work ethic!! 10 out of 10 from this customer!!
