This yoga studio has been a perfect fit for many, including those recovering from injuries, as it offers all the necessary props and a wonderful selection of teas. The studio is very relaxing, clean, and conveniently located. Highly recommended for a fulfilling yoga experience.
I would highly recommend this studio to anyone, of any age. Kaylie is calm, composed, and encouraging. She inspires people with all levels of experience and is knowledgeable about modifications to accommodate medical issues. I leave after every class feeling accomplished, refreshed, and centered.
This yoga studio has been a perfect fit for me. After sustaining an injury a few months ago, I needed a place where I could ease back into my practice, and the classes here have been exactly what I needed. Conveniently located near my home, the studio offers all the necessary props, and their wonderful selection of teas is a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this studio and am looking forward to continuing my journey here.
Great new studio! Kaylie’s classes are all levels and the studio is very relaxing and clean. I LOVE that they offer childcare too. It’s the only way I get to take classes. I hope they offer a larger variety and more class times in the future
