I came into the Great Clips on Terry Lane after receiving a haircut the day prior that just didn’t look right. I had a lot riding the following day with my midterms and needing to feel confident. Donna took care of me right away. I usually go to her and I should have in the beginning. She really knows what the customer is aiming for and she executes it. I really appreciate you guys!
