Thank you AirTec Heating & Air as my motor blew up in my AC last evening. It smelled like the house was on fire. I turned off AC and shut off breaker. I opened windows to air out as it smelled like burnt wire, so I knew I needed to call AirTec in morning as it weather was forecast to be 99% today. Called this morning and Mark sent Mario on emergency repair as I am heat intolerant being on oxygen from Sarcoidosis. He fixed it within an hour. This company is honest and would recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had my New AC Unit put in today. Am very Happy. The Customer Service here is Amazing. I called a few more Places and they wanted between $3,000 - $5000 more. Thank you guys for making my Home Cool again. You were all Great. If you want a good Price and Great Customer Service Experience. This is the Place to go.
My friend's business was shut down because the AC quit working over the weekend. She notified the property manager on Monday who contacted AirTec. However, due to the heat wave on top of the damage done by a weekend power bounce, there were 82 calls ahead of her's. This (Tuesday) evening, Mark was passing by on his way home and stopped by on a whim, checked something on the roof, and got it going. Mark could have just gone home at the end of a long, very hot day, and nobody would have faulted him. But instead, he took customer care to a higher level.
