I had such a nice stay. Went for a quiet weekend to myself. I had lunch on the patio from Provisions Market. I got the Buddha Bowl with chicken, quinoa and the peanut sauce delicious. Also I think the charred broccoli on the dish was my favorite thing. Also got their Bloody Mary and it was so flavorful, one of the best I’ve had. Pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were amazing. Last night there I had dinner at the Attic and got their scp sandwich which is all vegetables but so flavorful and fresh. The balsamic glaze on it definitely brought it all together. I got fries with it and they were so crispy on the outside. They’re the type of fry that are good even cold (I took them back to the room). I got a fig lemon drop cocktail with my dinner and that itself was an experience. I feel like you have to come here ready to relax and try something new. This is my second time here and I will definitely be back. Thank you Salishan this whole weekend was so needed
