Care about patients, pay attention to detail, try to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. I had had an issue with my teeth that other dentists ignored, they noticed it, asked me about it, fixed it my first session. Highly recommend.

I recently came in for the first time after switching insurance. Everyone is super friendly, on the phone and in person. The X-rays took a long time which I thought was odd but not a huge deal. The hygienist was very nice and explained everything and Dr. Krause was also very friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. This was the first time I wasn't asked by anyone whether I wanted the tiny chip in my front tooth fixed. Every dentist always asks and I appreciate that they didn't ask me about it, I like it, personally and they probably figured I would have said something about it if I was worried about it.
