“Our project was not a large one for Brooke and Matt, but it was huge to us. We purchased a 900 square-foot, 2BR condo, and North Shore did a complete demolition and remodel for us. They did flooring, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, tile work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and several custom carpentry projects, including a large banquette facing the ocean.Everything was first class. Brooke is a great communicator – she responded to every email promptly and thoroughly, and we always felt listened to and taken care of. But the bottom line is how those challenges, surprises, and changes are handled. We always felt in the loop, and all the challenges were met with quality (and sometimes very creative) solutions.Every detail of our new place is just to our liking – we could not be more pleased. You might be able to find cheaper contractors out there, but Matt and Brooke will treat you like old friends, and will do the job as if you are family.“

“My toilet stopped flushing on a Sunday. Yikes! I tried to solve the issue myself but was unable to. I called CMP and left a message explaining my situation. Since I only have one bathroom, I needed a plumber urgently. I received a call the next day. They dispatched a plumber that same day! The plumber was diligent and resolved my issue quickly. The staff are friendly and care about their customers. I highly recommend!“
