Richardson Vision Clinic is a third-generation, family-owned and operated optometry practice nestled in beautiful Forest Grove, Oregon. Established over 50 years ago by Dr. Walter L. Richardson, the clinic is now run by a family of board-certified eye doctors who continue to provide quality eye care to western Washington County. The clinic offers eye health examinations, glasses, and contact lenses. Patients praise the experienced, understanding, and compassionate staff who treat them like family. The doctors take the time to address all questions and concerns, and the clinic is known for its fast hardware delivery and flexibility in accommodating patients. Overall, Richardson Vision Clinic is highly recommended for its outstanding professional services.
I was having eye irritation and was calling all eye clinics in the area to get an urgent appointment. But they were all 2-3 weeks away. Called this clinic and Shannon who picked the call, suggested to go to ophthalmologist based on my symptoms. When I told her that I already tried. She took it upon herself to call the near by eye clinic on my behalf and secured me an appointment on the same day. Such kind and caring staff. Even though I was not their patient they went above and beyond to take care of my situation.
I had the unfortunate experience of travelling and forgetting my contacts at home and having an expired rx. I fortunately was able to get in here same day and drove 1.5 hrs to this office. Dr. Levi Richardson and staff were absolute gems. He was able to give me an exam, new rx, and some contacts to get me through my trip. If I lived around the Forest Grove area I would absolutely go back. Highly recommend!
Was just referred here from Pacific Univ. eye clinic for an adjustment of my new glasses purchased at the university clinic but (due to my error) was closed.
As a walk-in I was met in the lobby by Brad (Dr. Richardson), who could not have been kinder. He was very patient and explained what needed to be done. I had angst about my new (expensive) glasses feeling that I had really picked “bad frames that had poorly manufactured lens” but voila! Thanks to Brad I’m lovin my new glasses!
Aesthetically a very nice looking office with a friendly staff. Highly recommend this eye clinic.
