Such a horrible decline in services since changing owners. I have waited 5 weeks to hear back from the doctor/office about my CT jaw results and plan moving forward, nothing! I paid out of pocket for the CT because they highly recommended it. Poor service/professionalism and customer service.
Great family dentist. Listens well, flexible and reasonable.
Bad dentistry. He didn’t listen to me when I told him that I needed a jaw block because I couldn’t keep my mouth open because of the pain...my root canal broke and I told him that it doesn’t need to get fixed and he fixed it when I told him no. Wouldn’t listen to me at all! And I tried to pay him through CareCredit because I didn’t have a job. I could afford 50 dollars, but he said that he wanted more and I couldn’t afford it. I wasn’t happy.
