“Dave was very responsive to my email asking about doing some hard escaping around my yard, and he scheduled a meeting to come out and look at my space. I explained to him that, due to the size of my yard, I'd probably need to do my projects in phases, and he gave me some good input into the order of things should happen. He followed up with a proposal that night, with each area separated so that I could see the price in phases. His guys came out a couple weeks later to install a fence. They were courteous and hardworking, but what I really loved is how they would hold each board up, and then flip it to see which side looked and fit better. They did a great job, and I also liked that they were here at nine, took a lunch break, and left by 3:30 to be back to the office by 5 each day. Since I already knew what I was paying, I wasn't worried about them racking up an hourly wage or anything, and to me this showed that the company cares that their workers get to have a life and they're not just rushed through each job, slapping up boards as fast as they can go. The results speak for themselves! I love my new fence! I can't wait for the other projects I've sign them up for.“

“We were looking to level out our backyard to make it more usable and after getting numerous quotes we ended up going with Ignacio and IV Landscaping due to their impressive example projects and VERY competitive pricing. Ignacio and his team installed a new retaining wall with a fence, leveled out our yard, adjusted our sprinkler system, installed new sod, and then did two concrete extensions on the side of our house.Ignacio and his crew were very professional, honest, and easy to work with the entire time. Ignacio was always willing to answer my questions or explain things when needed. There were no surprises in the billing process and he completed the work in a timely manner. “Our first house project is finally in the books! Oriber was so kind and knowledgeable with what types of walkways we could do along the side of our house, we are so happy we went with the paver stones he recommended. We had just started the project when I realized I hadn't gotten HOA approval. He was very understanding and incredibly flexible while we navigated getting HOA's approval. Luckily, we the approval quickly and Oriber and his team were able to resume our project quickly! Highly recommended and we'll definitely contact them with our future projects.“
