I can't say enough good things about the crew from Clear Water Services. Every time I have had a water emergency, these guys get to me the same day and get the problem fixed fast! At this point they have replaced my pressure tank, softening system and well pump. Hopefully good for years to come. They show up when they say they will, they charge fair prices and are extremely professional.

This morning we woke up to no water coming from our tap. We cold called Clearwater Pump Service and they sent out Mario and Jose immediately. By 9:30am our water was restored and the control box and associated parts were replaced. Both of the gentleman were incredibly knowledgeable and customer oriented. We are so appreciative to everyone at Clearwater for their quick response and expertise.

We have been customers of Clearwater since at least 2017. However, this past weekend was yet another example of how fantastic they are. We had lost water, and Joe took our phone call over the weekend to troubleshoot. He was able to get our water back on by walking me through troubleshooting over the phone and by Tuesday their team was out fixing the underlying issue. Joe, Corey, Mario and others on their team have all helped us out with after hours support throughout the years and we couldn’t appreciate more their knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to help ensure we have water.
