Called carpet MD and expereince great customer service on the phone. Received a text reminder the day before the appointment. Which is awesome for someone like me. Alyssa called me when she was on her way and was very nice and professional. Alyssa came in and was very kind to me and to my kids who were there. She explained what she wouod be doing and got straight to work. She answered my questions about some things on my carpet and she was extremely fast. She was great at reminding to keep things open and she cleaned up and was out the door! Great experience with Alyssa and Chris.! Would reccomend giving them a call.
