Technician was excellent!!! Same one as before, but management had canceled my appointment n closed my claim in error, which prevented him being able to complete the job. So when he came back, he tried to find out how it happened n why. I appreciated that! He knew exactly what was wrong, finished in no time, was extremely professional and apologetic about how it was handled. I was super impressed ?

I live on Oregon’s central coast, not a lot of repair persons available. Went with Sears and they sent a guy from Eugene. Excellent customer service, repair work and tips! Thanks Donald! I will use them again if needed, and recommend the service.

As we all know, Covid has impacted every area of our lives with difficult challenges. If you are blessed to still have your business up and running, that is awesome. Let's do our best to recognize that orders for appliances have been delayed repeatedly and NOBODY is to blame for this other than the ugly virus. That said, we would like to shout out a big "kudos" to Terry Pruett at the Florence store for his great effort to work with us on our orders. Trying times require extra patience...Please think about the feelings of those employees who would love to satisfy your needs but whose hands are tied due to manufacturing being shut down for weeks and months.... read full review
