Thank you SO much for helping my Dad with his furnace after another local company had come in and attempted to fix the issue incorrectly and even left him in a dangerous and worse situation- my Dad was moved to tears sharing with me your kindness and expert knowledge even reaching out to the previous company to help them understand what went wrong and perhaps even helped them do better in the future .
