AWESOME Customer Service and quality craftsmanship!!! Our roof started leaking around the chimney and they came out the same day we called them and their guys were out the next morning to repair the leak, super awesome company!!!

We woke up to discover a roof leak. We called Burch's on Sunday morning and they were out to investigate by Monday afternoon. Luckily they found the leak around our stove vent. They 'caulked' around the problem area and it took care of the leak, after the next storm everything stayed dry. The communication was excellent and they followed up to make sure their repair work

Amazing response! Had a hell of a wind storm last night which caused the top of the tree to break off and puncture my metalg arage roof. Who was the size of 3 ft x 3 ft. I called burchs roofing that morning and they called me back within 5 minutes. They stated they'd be right out while it was still pouring and severe wind storm was still happening. They assessed the situation and said they'd be back the very next day because they needed to get supplies. It's a good thing they didn't go up on the roof and fix it that day because within an hour of them leaving I had a lightning strike to a tree not more than 15 ft away.
