The esthetics department is astronomical!!!! Wow. One treatment I look years younger. I'm impressed with the rooms, service and it took me 12 months to get an appt. They are busy for a reason. Get on the wait list. It's worth it.

Called this spa to book some services for my birthday. They don't answer the phone so I texted. The next day I also sent a message through their website. Now they have both my phone number and email but several days later have not bothered to contact me. VERY poor customer service.

Had a great gel manicure and pedicure. First time there and it was a great experience with Stephanie. Booked my next appointment before I left.
