I've been seeing Liz at Beauty is Skin-Deep for the past 5-6 years. I had her do & maintain my eyeliner, just a thin line on my upper lids. This is not a permanent tattoo but pigment that needs to be touched up every few years. Liz takes time with each client discussing the look the client is after and how it can be achieved each visit... She sees one client at a time so you have her full attention. Donna manages the appointments & is welcoming, pleasant & professional. The environment is very clean & organized, mask wearing is a must FYI. The price is reasonable & my eyeliner is fabulous!!! So happy I found Beauty is Skin Deep!!
