Dr. Thomas, Karrie and John were so friendly. They made me feel comfortable providing fast service with the exam to picking out frames and putting in my eyeglass order. My previous eye doctor was a bit grumpy so this was a welcomed change of pace. I highly recommend Anyone that's ready to "see" someone new, this is definitely the place for you. Walk-ins are welcome but scheduling an appointment ahead of time would be beneficial.

I was traveling thru the area on a day trip and as we pulled into Eugene my contact ripped in half. I started calling around and the sweet gal at this office told me just come in and we’d figure something out..she was so quick and helpful and VERY kind! If I lived in the area they would definitely be my go-to store!!!

These are about the gosh darn sweetest people you could ever meet around here. I don't particularly care for Walmart as a corporation (I get it, it's my deal, but a company that has so much to do a lot more for the world....anyhoooooooooo) but I needed to get a pair of glasses on the quick a couple years ago and I got a pair of Walmarts. Needed to get another pair on the quick about 6 months ago and I did the same but these had a defect in the lenses. I normally would have been screwed up the wazoo but John the manager was able to find a valid warranty that I was able to invoke from the manufacturer.
