The process from start to finish was extremely easy with constant communication between our family and their staff to determine wants and needs for our blinds. The turnaround time from measuring, ordering, delivering and installing is by far the best in town.

Perfection! Office staff was endlessly patient with my questions and requests for quotes, the person who did the measurements was polite, professional and accurate, and the blinds! One-inch wood blinds that fit to within 1/8 inch on both sides and the bottom. They were also delivered much more quickly than the estimated time frame. I couldn't be happier with the company, the product or the service.

I just had a fantastic experience with VSC. Hunter Douglas window shade from the dining room needed to be restrung. Not only did the friendly staff restring, they discovered that the motor (non-electric) was bad and replace that under warranty too! Great communication and prompt repair service. Highly recommend!!!
