We LOVE Austin, my son has a sensory processing disorder and screamed at every appointment we had before coming here, I would actually schedule appointments for when no other customers were in the shop so others didn’t have to listen to him be so upset. Each appointment with Austin he became less and less freaked out, and now hes asking us when we get to go to get his hair cut. Thats a MAJOR break through and i know it has everything to do with Austin’s calm vibe that really puts kids at ease. We wont go anywhere else.
My son has sensory issues, so cutting his hair was a struggle. That was until we met Austin. He is a God sent to us. My boy was so young when we first went, that he sat on a skateboard that put him higher in the barber chair. He is also able to play on the PS4 to help keep his attention. We still to this day, only go to Austin. The place and atmosphere is incredible. As long as this place is standing we will only go here.
