I’ve been using these guys for over 10 years. I’ve only had one complaint in that time and it was an employee they hired for the delta store. This kid was incompetent with no communication skills whatsoever. He mumbled when he spoke, he moved from place to place cartoon slow, he never once asked for my name when dropping off clothes. Terrible employee. I was almost ready to find a new service when he seemed to disappear and they hired a new employee who is the polar opposite of the Ridgemont High kid. These guys are awesome. We live in Roseburg with no local dry cleaners. We went to “The Cleanery” with some clothes for an upcoming wedding. They did what was needed within a half hour. Great staff and a very nice professional owner.

I dropped my wedding dress off June 3rd, picked it up today June 17th. I am beyond impressed! My dress had a stain on it for 4 years and they got it out. I highly recommend this shop! They do excellent work and are very professional. Thank you ladies, you made this brides day!!
