I have gone through the gammit of hiring out and doing it ourselves. Cost, time, labor are always factors when deciding whether to do it yourself or hire out. We have done both. I have to say that Servicemaster, and Mark were the perfect combination of the two. Convenient, economical and quality of service. I was so appreciative of the fact that Servicemaster and Mark were able to fit us in last minute and the price was more than fair and reasonable. ServiceMaster did a fantastic job cleaning a seal coating our vinyl floors!We had a large community center with a kitchen, fitness center, lobby, and bathrooms that desperately needed cleaned!I worked directly with John S. from start to finish for all the paperwork, pricing, scheduling, etc. and he more than helpful throughout the process! The technician(s) that did the floors - did an amazing job!The floors looks better than they did when they were new! I've been recommending ServiceMaster to everybody!
