Awesome carpet cleaners did a fantastic job on my carpets. The carpets were heavily soiled by our dogs, who can't seem to get the hang of using the great outdoors for their bathroom. Awesome was knowledgeable on how to treat pet stains and my carpets look great. They moved the furniture for us, pretreated for the stains and were fast and friendly. Also affordable for the amount of stains they needed to clean. I will be using them the next time I need the carpets cleaned.

I had renters with cats and they left behind cat pee in a few areas of the room. Mike was very helpful and explained the process of cleaning up the cat pee issue. I really appreciated his expertise and taking care to the problem. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend them!

Folks, if you are calling different carpet cleaning services for comparison purposes, please do not be swayed by companies that tout "family owned" for generations. That doesn't mean the current owner who inherited the business upholds the same values of service of the original founder. I was rudely hung up on by one of those companies here in Eugene while providing information on the nature of our emergency. It wasnt a "dropped" call... the guy spewed toxicity and literally hung up. After getting over the shock, I then called Awesome Carpet Cleaning and had an entirely opposite experience. Mike was not only very pleasant and informative, he understood with compassion as to the urgency of our need. He CREATED time to accommodate a last minute request, because he has years of personal experience to read the situation and act accordingly. That's a rarity, especially in this day and age. Combine that with an honest and transparent method of pricing, earth friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions, disinfecting at no additional cost, moving furniture for free, and a very amiable, pleasant personality ... why look any further?
