Priority One just installed a ductless heat pump system in two rooms. I selected them without any competing bids after observing their work with my neighbor’s system. Jason got the ball rolling and is handling the account. EWEB provided a no-interest loan, so I’m paying for the system over several years as part of my monthly bill. I’ve taken advantage of these loans twice before when I needed to install new windows, and I recommend looking into this if you are planning to do any weatherization upgrades. Priority One is an excellent company that has skilled technicians to service your heating/cooling systems. The subscription service is valuable, paying a year in advance for a yearly system checkup also gives customers emergency access for any problems that arise. We bought our house in Eugene 5 years ago and the previous owners had a Priority One subscription, which we have fortunately continued.
Can you please send me a copy of the invoice for today’s service ? I forgot to ask for one. I was really pleased with the technician that was here today. He is a fine young man and did a fantastic job. In the future, if I have any more that needs done, I would like the same guy that was here today.I’m terrible with names so I forgot his. Guys like him are a hard find these days. You’re very lucky to have him. Next time, remember my military discount and send me some information about the program you have for repeat customers.
