If you are shopping for a lender that will go above and beyond look no further. Melissa Smith is a ROCKSTAR!!!! Everything she quoted us on she was able to work some magic and get the numbers under her quote. Not a single hidden number or timeline. (even got us closed early!) She is a go getter and has a great way of explaining things so you truly understand. (I never felt uneasy about asking her questions.) Communication is one of her strong points.
