I have been with this group for 40 years same dr. For 20 yrs but for the last 20 yrs they would change my dr every year or even more. So I just called for a uti and wanted to get in but I didn't have a primary dr they would have to put me on a waiting list to become a new paitance shit I been going here for 40 yrs.SO GOOD BYE OMG!!!!!!
Owned by Optum, United Health Insurance. They just paid millions in ransom for a cyber attack that left many of us without medication for days. They closed the Pear Street location without notice. They only care about money, not your health
I've been long time customer and have never seen the office run so badly. I call to get in to see ANY doctor for anytime for the next 2 weeks. Nothing!!! It's like this many times before and I've had it!!! Going to have to find someone else to take my business. Here are my observations: - Extremely long call-in wait/hold times........just to get told no availibility - I have prescription I need filled........but they deny without Dr. visit........but then lead-time to see Dr. unacceptably long!! - Even for simple ear-cleaning (no MD required) it's 3 weeks wait. And my ear totally blocked and cannot hear. Leaving the country in 2 wks and will be gone for 1 month and needed to have cleaned before I leave. They DON'T CARE!!! - Prescription brands get changed without your consent. Doctors actually ok and seem to care. But the business side of operations totally broken and doesn't care about the patients. We're nothing but a cash cow to them. - I could go much longer in my points, but bottom line is that I'm going to fire them and go someplace else. Truly I get better health coverage when I'm actually traveling abroad. So sad.
