When I scheduled a new patient appointment for myself it was scheduled for 2 months out, which seems like a long time but every other clinic that takes my insurance was either scheduled out even further or not accepting new patients at all.
My appointment began on time. The medical assistant was professional and friendly. Dr. Jagels was very thorough and kind.
I like Dr. Jagels. She is focused and thinking of my entire health during my appointment time with her.
The biggest problem I'm having is with the patient portal.
Also, as with about everywhere else, OIH could use more employees. Which they are currently in process of hiring.
...Where do I begin. This is by far thee worst clinic EVER. No organization the front desk people are highly uncaring. (Lady walks in 11 MINUTES late and the guy says: you're going to have to wait again [months!] She tried calling ahead of time and the front desk guy said they don't have a phone. What?? First red flag. The medical staff have a "screw it" mentality." When asking the front desk about any questions, his basically "idk lol". Doctor was great though
