Damien responded to our emergency immediately even though it was the weekend and he was working on the coast and we are in Eugene. He talked us through what needed to be done to stabilize things and then ordered the necessary part - overnight mail from the east coast. And he came back to Eugene just to install the piece, and then returned to the job on the coast. All this was warranty work and he didn't charge us. We were very impressed at the service and attention to detail. Thank you.

We hired Damien to install a replacement for our hot water boiler, which is responsible not only for our domestic hot water, but also our radiant floor loop as well. He is knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He installed our new system in the spring of 2020, and it has worked beautifully ever since.Service: Heating system installation

My boiler heating system quit working on a Sunday morning at 1:00 am . I called Damien on Sunday and he answered my call. I described the problem and he said he would be out on Monday to fix it. He showed up on time and had my boiler up and running in a hour . I have also called him about a tankless water heater problem and instead of just coming out and charging me a fortune he walked me through the problem on the phone and I had it fixed in 10 minutes no charge.
