The current wording in project emails around the courtesy call from the California headquarters people could lead to misunderstandings. Courtesy call does not, in reality, mean they’re just reaching out in a courteous way, to get in touch with property owner to ask what works best for owners' schedule. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received at Oregon Carports. We were looking for an RV cover for our small motor home. Jose helped us with the selection of the cover and the specific accessories we would need. The 12x12x25' cover was perfect for our needs. Our zoning regulators felt differently. We had to cancel our order. Jose was as helpful in facilitating our refund as he was in assisting in our purchase. I would highly recommend Oregon Carports. Jose was amazing to work with and the company stood behind their cancellation policy.
