The remodel is amazing looks so beautiful it's just a little confusing keeping track of who is next but this little gem is definitely worth the wait. They do beautiful work. I got gel acrylics by Lisa and they lasted a long time. Most often in my line of work breaking a nail happens quite often but the set I got done here at Watefall was very durable. Will definitely be coming back

First time at Waterfall nails spa and i literally could not be happier. They are really polite and all of the technicians do a great jobs. They pay close attention to detail and make sure your nails are perfect. I would highly recommend this place..

I called to find out the wait for 1 pedicure and the person said there was no wait time so when I get there 10 minutes later there is no one waiting in the waiting area so the lady tells me to take a seat. Suddenly 2 other people walk in and a family of 4 arrive. They begin to attend them first, 15 minutes pass I ask the lady how much longer did I have to wait since I was there before anyone arrived. They looked confused and finally they gave me a wait time of 20 minutes. So I decide to leave. Im very disappointed because I realized this place had gotten remodeled so I wanted to give it a shot but the service is terrible. I'm very disappointed and I will not be coming... read full review
