LIsa was fantastic on the phone and in person; I really enjoyed meeting her and talking to her while she tinted my lashes and brows. She was very helpful, as I could not sit in the normal position (due to herniated discs). She was also highly patient and compassionate when a woman (who was under the influence...) asked her to unlock the door so she could browse, rifled through things and then didn't have any money to pay for what she brought to the counter. Even when the woman interrupted our session, Lisa was a pro and handled the situation with impressive grace, allowing the woman to keep her dignity. The brows and lashes look very nice, and the overall experience was wonderful. Lisa is a true gem.

Lisa is the sweetest person. She is so knowledgable and explains to you every step of the way what she is doing and why. I have never felt like she is in any way talking down to me as someone previously stated.( Not to be a downer on anyone's opinion, we are each entitled to our own :) ) I would recommend L.Bass to anyone!!
