He was very thorough, found the problems, gave us several options of repair service. Garrett was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Doug Hathaway quickly diagnosed an issue with my ductless heat pump and resolve my cooling issue and resolved it at a very fair & nominal expense. It turned out my compressor unit & filters were very dirty from years of neglect & after a thorough and professional system check, the cool was back in no time.
