Called HepaGraff panicked last Thursday morning after my Great Dane was sick ALL OVER THE HOUSE Wednesday night. They came out Friday morning and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were fast, friendly, and very affordable. Cannot speak highly enough about this crew.

My fiance went into anaphylactic shock and it turns out he's allergic to dust and grass, which is plentiful around here... so we had Hepagraff come out and deep clean our carpets so that wouldn't happen again. The carpet cleaning techs were amazing and professional - they got us in quick, even during COVID, and they were so kind and caring and asked about whether it would be safe for them to use the chemicals they typically use for cleaning to make sure it wouldn't trigger another attack. I really appreciate the empathy and compassion and extra consideration they gave to us! I'll use Hepagraff for all my cleaning needs.Service: Cleaning
