“This shop is so nice and clean! It has big glass windows in the front letting in lots of natural light with a mural painted across the interior space. Each artist's booth has its own high tech setup and plush tattoo bench. I went to Mak for a cover up on my arm that I've been wanting for years, I just couldn't find the right artist to do it. He's happy to do cover ups and touch ups on old tattoos, but not all artists will. We did some blackberries over a couple of smaller tattoos that I had done a few laser treatments on years ago. I love his neo traditional tattoo style and color choices. It looks so so much better now, I can actually look at my arm and smile instead of trying to hide it. It's been a few weeks and I've already had a bunch of compliments and I'm just so happy to finally have the tattoo I want and those old tattoos covered. Definitely check out this shop and Mak Gallegos!“
“I went and got an eyebrows threaded/tinted this last week. This was my first time at this location so I was hesitant but I had a wonderful experience with Hailey. She was professional and very kind leaving my eyebrows just the way my old stylist use to do them (I moved here from Fargo, ND). The people here in Oregon haven’t been the most welcoming but Hailey’s kindest left me feeling hopeful“

A joy to be around, chatting with her is always fun and it makes the time go by so much more easily. If you're not the chatty type she has also been wonderful and receptive when I've wanted to sit through sessions in a quiet meditation, always making me feel comfortable.Altogether I wholeheartedly recommend Rose Electrolysis for your permanent hair removal needs. “This review is a little overdue. I had my appointment at the end of November, for the one hour microdermabrasion service. Let me start off by saying I've never had a facial or microdermabrasion before, so I didn't know what to expect, and I can't say whether this was a really good one or just an average one because I don't have anything to compare it to. That being said, it was a great experience. The location was easy to find, though it is in a building with other offices, and there's no huge sign out front (at least not that I remember) but unless you're really inept you shouldn't have a hard time getting in there. The short of it-- the space was comfortable and well-appointed, and Devin was nice, professional, and thorough, with a laid-back, relaxing attitude. For more details, read on. Devin greeted me upstairs and did a short intake form for me, asking questions about medications or anything that would affect the facial, and went over the procedure with me since it was new to me. The first thing that struck me was that she was very polite and friendly while still being professional, which I prefer to overly-chatty or that fake super-sweetness. She didn't seem to treat me any less well than a full-paying customer, even though I had a groupon that made the service 50% off. I have experienced some businesses who act annoyed or try to short you on the service when you have a groupon or living social voucher, and this was certainly not the case here. The room where the service was done was very well-appointed and comfortable, as was the table. She was a great communicator and gave off a relaxing vibe. The facial seemed very thorough with many varieties of nice-smelling things being applied, hot towels twice (which were the perfect temp), she did a couple of extractions which were not painful, lots of light massaging on the face and a little into my shoulders and around my collar bones. The microdermabrasion machine didn't hurt or anything, it felt kind of like she described it-- like being licked by a cat's tongue. When it was finished my skin felt and looked radiant and smooth. I was impressed by the results-- even over a month later my pores still look better. I also liked the fact that she didn't try to sell me any products. There was a shelf in the room with products on it and I picked out an exfoliator, and was impressed by the low price. She wound things up with a few tips and what I should expect after the facial, don't exfoliate for a few days, etc. One last thing that I feel should be mentioned-- everyone should remember, *especially* if they have a living social or groupon deal-- tip on the pre-discounted amount!“
“I've been going to electrolysis for many years and have worked with numerous electrologists. Cindy is one of the best. She is professional, kind, caring, generous, and well-skilled. I also appreciate that she works Saturdays for us working folks, as many electrologists in the area are only willing to work M-F and/or part-time during the work week. I highly recommend her.“
