Family Karate Center

My kids have been doing lessons at the Family Karate Center for a few years now. It is an amazing place! Sensei Elida and Sensei Jeff work so well with all of the kids. Not only do they help with learning karate moves, but they support character development and making and following through on goals. It is such an enriching experience and highly recommended!

My son loves going to class with Sensei Elida! Seeing her patience and dedication to the kids is great. I can see the confidence building in our son and in the other kids in his class. It's the highlight of our week!

I took a self defense class here and it was amazing! The instructors were incredibly kind and knowledgeable and fun to be around. We were taught how to escape duct tape, escape the trunk of a car (by voluntarily being put into a car trunk in a safe, controlled environment), how to deflect knife and gun attacks, and of course some basic points of attack. Best part was that the class is free to the community and they hold them multiple times a year. Can’t wait for the next class! Awesome place/people to be around and learn from.
