From the initial visit to give us a bid and look at our roof all the way to the finish. They took expert care of or house and protected it like it was there own. Every question that we had or if we thought something was off was answered in person by the project manager. Witch was huge for me because I don't like the phone. Expert Roofing recently replaced my roof and gutters. Tyler (Sales Rep) was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me. He inspected my roof, showed me photos of problem areas and patiently answered my endless questions. The Project Manager, Jamie, checked in often and kept me informed during the whole process. He met me for the final inspection and answered any additional questions that I had. The roof and gutter installers were amazing! They were friendly, extremely hard-working and cleaned up the area each afternoon. Expert Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Starting with the comprehensive and informative proposal submitted by Tyler and continuing through the actual work supervised by Jaimie, they were competent and honest throughout. Tyler and Jaimie were very easy to deal with, and the roof looks great!
