I'm pleasantly surprised at the fabulous job Emerald Valley did on my mom's carpet. Her carpet was very stained and now it looks brand new despite being at least 20 years old. I can't believe the difference.

Responsive to my emailed request for service. They arrived exactly on time and gave an estimate based on measured square footage. We polite and respectful of my home. Rugs looked great after he was done. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are the best! Went above and beyond to make sure that everything was super clean and up beyond our expectations. We were moving into a new house that had dogs and the carpets had a terrible smell that didn't seem to go away with a rug doctor cleaning. Thank you to Liam and the team for everything! We'll be sure to call you again in the future
