I brought my kiddo in for some ear pain. We normally go to the peacehealth walk in but they had no availability for 6+ hours. We drove down to Best med and were seen within an hour. The provider was very kind and compassionate. She took time to explain and diagnose my 6 year old and was patient with his wiggles.

They were all very nice and got me right in. Unfortunately I had to come back to redo a test that was mishandled, but they were quick to pull me right into the back and get it taken care of. I'm grateful they are in our neighborhood because I couldn't have gotten into my primary care for help.

The medical staff is amazing. They are very good listeners and compassionate and smart--just what you need when you can't get to your regular doctor, an all too common experience, eh? The desk staff used to make me leave a credit card number, and that was not good, as I got billed on the spot AND later. No one needs the bother of correcting that kind of thing. Anyhow, that practice did not occur at this last visit. Yay!
