What a nice customer service representative. Although they were out of my area for servicing they took time to talk with me and were over the top nice. Just because they took time to respond to my questions I thought I’d leave a good review. If I felt this taken care of and I’m not even a customer, imagine being their customer!! You the best. My husband text them and got an immediate response. After some back and forth info about the septic issue we're dealing with, Bennett's wasn't able to get out to us today. HOWEVER they could have left it with that. Instead they let us know in a lengthy text, a couple tips and things to look out for with the company that does come by today. Things we wouldn't have known anything about otherwise. Then wished us luck. Not even earning money, they still chose to take time out of their day to help us out and make sure our issue is dealt with thoroughly by whichever company comes by.
