Lisa had the most affable and warm personality I've experienced from a waxer yet. She was clear about her expectations up-front (go in trimmed, my PNW ladies!) and the room was warm, clean, and made completely comfortable by the warm towels and eye pillow Lisa provided. I can tell she cares about quality and making the process as painless as possible. As with all waxes in the nether regions: be super clear about what "design" you want ... a lot gets lost in translation and there are sundry definitions of "french" etc. She doesn't do Brazilians for reasons I will never know, so if you're looking to get out of there ready to pose for Maxim,... read full review

Really enjoyed my massage today. I love that she gave me the pressure I actually wanted when I asked for firm pressure. I feel so much better now!
