Scott showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher, discussed options and costs with us, and made recommendations. Our 3 1/2 year old LG Refrigerator stopped freezing. Two techs tried and failed until Scott walked in the door (recommended to me by another competitor!). The fridge's issue was not easy and resisted repair. Scott was relentless and made several back to back trips to my home until he was successful (did not charge me extra). My fridge is working again and saved me from having to purchase another expensive one (after only 3 years!). Very professional and knows his stuff. Highly recommended.
