I highly recommend second Chance Roofing , their estimates were very competitive and worked quite well within our budget. The staff were friendly, professional, well informed , flexible, attentive to detail, and finished the job sooner than expected. We were quite pleased from top to bottom. 2nd Chance provided estimates for me on a house I was looking to buy. They were insanely helpful with my out-of-the-blue questions - providing me with quick, professional answers to my questions regarding the health of the chimneys and fireboxes. Their responses were very helpful to me and I remain grateful for their help.
I didn't end up buying this particular house - so didn't engage 2nd Chance for the repairs but would hire them in a heartbeat should the need arise in the future.
