Kristin is always wonderful with all my dogs grooming. Some dogs are difficult and she is patient and loving. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is doing what she loves and treats my babies well.

Pepper was so happy after her haircut! We will definitely be going back! She was so good with my dog and made me feel comfortable leaving her. Not to mention her hair looked so good

Hair of the Dog Grooming is always so good to me and my dog, fitting us in even when busy. This is my only complaint... I have to call several times over a week for someone to pick up the phone. I get that this is because they're busy, but it's frustrating when I can't get through to make an appointment. Maybe if there was an online scheduling service? Right now the only way to make an appointment is through phones calls. I really want to keep this groomers as my main dog groomers, and an easier experience with booking appointments will keep me as a customer.
