“called Mark on Friday as my heat pump stopped working and had to use propane heater to keep house from freezing. Came by after work and fixed the problem explained care and feeding of heat pumps and furnace. He took his time and explained in terms I was able to understand, even though I am sure he would rather be home and relaxing. I now realize there is a lot to understanding a heating system. “Our A/C died late June. We had a maintenance contract with another vendor and it took several days to send out someone to verify the problem. About 3 days later they submitted a proposal. Seeking a second proposal, we contacted Kennedy Fuel. The next day, July 1, they came to look at the project and had a proposal for us the next day. Further, they had an A/C unit in stock. 3 days out, July 4th and on, extreme heat warnings were out. July 3rd the crew installed the A/C and finished by 1:00 pm. It was a big change from a pan of ice and a fan. Awesome job.“

Someone told us about Dynamic and Les was able to come out right away.
