“I've had the same person cut and highlight my hair (in the Bay Area) for over 30 years. We spend a lot of time in Eagle Point and I needed to find someone who could cut short hair and highlight using "my recipe". I reached out to Ashley at Louisa's and we texted back and forth regarding what I wanted/needed. I had my first cut with her this week and I am loving it. I have also scheduled a highlight appointment in a couple of weeks. So thrilled to have found someone in my community that I feel comfortable with and trust.
