The staff have both the qualities of personal care for you as a patient, as well as professional dental care. The dental hygienist is thorough, answers my questions and gives good advice. They are friendly, helpful and the “waiting” room (where you do little to no waiting) feels like a living room and is always warm and attractive. This continues to be my most favorite dental office!

Today, I went to Dundee Family Dentistry for a tooth concern. After Dr. Thomas examined the situation, he stated that I needed a filling and offered to perform the necessary repair today. I am so pleased and grateful that I was able to get this done quickly, efficiently, and pain-free. His gentle approach to this process calmed my nerves and I walked away feeling confident that the situation is behind me. Dr. Thomas and his staff illustrate care and professionalism with every step of a procedure. Truly grateful and blessed.

The practice is wonderful! The staffing is welcoming right when you walk in. They take the time to work with you, they give 100 percent of their time, energy & focus on the patients family. We really like this practice.
