Several neighbors had used and recommended C&D Custom Construction so we had Caleb give us a bid. We liked his manner, ideas and suggestions and his pricing was very reasonable. He was able to start work very quickly and with the exception of a couple of sub-contractor related hiccups finished with great results - a beautiful expanded deck, some new and greatly improved shelving and tile baseboards in bathrooms and laundry/utility room as well as a small fence project. Great at communicating and super responsive to concerns. When problems came up, they were addressed quickly. In fact, by the time I raised concerns, they were already in the process of fixing them! Did some major cleanup on a seriously distressed property including a tricky tree removal around power and phone lines, and I'm looking forward to using them in the future for other projects.
